DIVORCE SETTLEMENT

I was divorced a year ago and entered into a divorce settlement agreement. There is an amendment that now needs to be made to the settlement agreeement, which amendment has been agreed to by all. You will have to apply to court (Family Court or High Court, depending where the divorce have taken place) by way of an application (Notice of Motion and affidavit) to amend the settlement agreement that was made an order of court. Best would be to consult and attorney to assist you.
